Construction on the sub-floor is complete and we are finally able to walk out the back door again (since the loss of the floating stairs)! We have some sunny days ahead and are expecting walls to go up soon.
After the walls on the first floor go up, a crane will need to come in and install the two steel beams that will support the second floor master suite and the vaulted roof lines.
