Leather Bomber, Booties and Blooms

I have been searching for the perfect pair of black leather booties for months. It may not seem like such a feat, but for some reason, I just couldn’t find what I was looking for. I really wanted a classic, low ankle bootie with a block heel. Literally, nothing fancy…no bells or whistles. I was close to finding what I wanted a few times, but after reading reviews, decided not to purchase a few different pairs due to lack of comfort or poor quality. I was scouring DSW online and in-store and would ask people on the street where they got their shoes if I saw something even remotely close to what I was looking for.

It wasn’t until I attended an Pop-Up Shop opening in Soho during NYFW that I finally found what I was looking for at M.Gemi! I had never really heard of this brand before, but they have built their reputation on quality Italian leather along with classic and trending styles. This boot, among others, caught my eye immediately and I decided to try it on. It was a little above my preferred price range, but when I tell you I felt like Cinderella putting on her glass slipper, I am not exaggerating. This boot looks amazing on, is super comfy and goes with everything! M.Gemi also runs $50 off sales all the time, which I was able to take advantage of. (PS. This is NOT a sponosered post…I really love them that much)

I finally broke these out over the weekend and paired them with my fav distressed denim and one of my cozy sweaters. Eric and I hit the town for some food and beverages and my feet were super happy the whole time!
