When I said we had a ton of weddings this year, I wasn’t kidding! We are only a few months into the new year and Eric and I have already been to two wedding! The last one was back in March when I wore this really fun ruffle skater dress. This time around, it was warmer so I wanted to really take advantage of the season (and the 80 degree weather in Chicago)! I grabbed this lace blush dress on sale a month ago and loved the fun and young feel it had. The back is completely lace, which was really pretty! I paired this dress with gray accessories to keep the neutral feel going.
The first piece I bought aside from the dress was this fun faux fur jacket. I had no idea it was going to be a record high spring day in Chicago, so I figured I would need something to keep my shoulders warm. While I didn’t really need the jacket on our way into the wedding, I was definitely happy that I had it at the end of the night. The fur inspired the rest of my look. I matched my bag and these cute, chunky heels to the fur and added some gold accessories to complete this look!
Eric and I had an amazing time at the wedding, which was held at the Chicago Cultural Center and was absolutely stunning. The Culteral Center boasts the largest Tiffany glass dome in the world and the view did not disappoint!
