Eric and I had the opportunity to get away during the time between Christmas and New Years. This is always the best time for me to get away because my office is closed. It is also the perfect time to get away because as soon as I go back to work in January, our busiest time begins. We ate, drank, ice skated and just had the best time exploring Lake Placid together! On the last day, I wore this Buffalo Plaid Jacket for Winter! I also wore this jacket on Christmas Eve and got tons of compliments.
Not only do I love the bright buffalo plaid, which just screams cozy winter vibes, but I also love the cropped length and pleated back. I also lived in these winter boots. I have a cute pair of boots that I wore during the day, which are more outdoorsy (get them here), but I also wore this pair a ton to go to dinner and go out at night. They are a bit more dressy, but still super comfortable, warm and functional!
