How was everyone’s Easter?! I know I had a great weekend with family and friends! Friday, we had a family sushi night, which wouldn’t have been complete without hot Saki and flaming desserts! Saturday my sister, mom and I got our hair done and then we had a bunch of people over for dinner and wine (obviously)! Finally, we celebrated Easter Sunday with family and friends!
(Note: For those of you who asked about my hair, I did a blonde balayage!)
Usually, Easter is the holiday that marks the beginning of spring – and spring fashion – (aside from its religious connotations) which is why most people opt for pastels. Since the weather is still cold here, I stuck with black and white neutrals. I think it must be the cynical New Yorker in me…
I got this top last weekend and I was super excited to wear it. It is from Kohl’s surprisingly, and it is totally affordable. So affordable that I ordered 2 more (Eric, if you are reading this, don’t be mad!) I decided to dress up my look a little by throwing on these heels. Overall, this is a great look for a holiday, a brunch or even a casual evening out!
Check out my outfit details below!
Details:
Sweater (Kohl’s) | Jeans (Topshop) | Bag (Tory Burch) | Sunglasses (Rayban) | Heels (similar)
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope everyone has a great weekend! Happy shopping!
