Have you already started planning for the holidays? I definitely have! Every year, both my side and Eric’s side of the family comes down to our house for Thanksgiving. It ends up being a full week of fun festivities including dinners out, homemade waffle breakfasts, an Escape Room, board games and so much more! This year, my sister-in-law and I decided that we have to create a signature cocktail for Thanksgiving! We knew we needed to create something that would appeal to everyone, so we decided on the most refreshing flavors we could come up with!
Fall Signature Cucumber Cocktail
– Crop Cucumber Vodka
– Pineapple Juice
– Seltzer or Hackamore Energy Drink
– Cucumber (for muddling and for garnish)
– Ice & Martini Shaker
Muddle a few pieces of sliced cucumbers in the martini shaker. Next, fill the martini shaker with Ice and equal parts Vodka, Gin a Pineapple Juice. Shake thoroughly until Pineapple Juice is frothy. Pour mixture into a highball glass and add Seltzer and/or Hackamore Energy into the glass and garnish with a sliced cucumber.
Voila! You now have a fun, refreshing and energizing signature cocktail that is perfect for fall and the holidays!
I hope you enjoyed this fun signature cocktail! If you make this drink or modify it, let me know how it turned out in the comments below! Happy Holidays!
