Today I have teamed up with Amazon Fashion to share this amazing look! I am a lawyer in NYC, so I sometimes go straight from the office to dinner or happy hour. On those days, I make an extra effort to find an outfit that is both professional for the office, but also makes me feel trendy and cute when I am out! That is why I am sharing this From Desk to Dinner – Star Button Down Top from Amazon Fashion!
My “Desk” look is something I would wear on repeat to the office or to meet with a client. While the star pattern is on the trendy side for a boring lawyer like me, I still work in NYC, so a little flair is expected. I kept it neutral otherwise with Navy suit pants that match the navy in the star pattern and then full on nude accessories including a matching belt, bag and heels. I kept my jewelry simple with a delicate gold necklace, which I absolutely love!
For my “Dinner” look, I spiced up the top with a pair of dark jeans, a crossbody bag and some fun tassle earrings! Many of you out there could probably wear this look to the office too if you work in a casual setting. Even on casual Friday, this look would probably be acceptable for my office too!
