Summer is finally here! It went from breezy and cool straight to hot and humid! Despite the hot weather, I wore this palm print top and denim skirt to brunch with one of my friends and needed a way to stay cool! This palm print top is under $20 and I though it would look so cute to tie the bottom, making it intp a little crop top. Honestly, how cute is this button down top as a crop top! Paired with jeans shorts or a white denim skirt, like I did here, this top is totally versatile and summery!
What would a summer outfit be without my fav wedges and pompom basket bag (I linked the exact and a less expensive dupe for both)! Tortoise shell sunnies seem to have come back in style this summer, so I donned my favs! I linked a dupe of these sunnies below as well! I wore a mix of gold and silver jewelry, which I thought was fun and kept the look more casual. This gold necklace from Julie Vos is just the right amount of delicate and sophisticated, which I love!
We had so much fun at brunch even though it was so hot. The restaurant we went to is right on the water and has a beautiful view of the marina. Aside from eating inside or outside, if you have a boat, you can even order food and drinks right right onboard! How fun is that! I need to find some friends who have a boat so that I can check that one off my bucket list!
