We have officially turned off the AC and are finally taking on Fall to its full extent! With that being said, I wanted to share my Fall Trend Alert details with you! There are so many great Fall trends that are out there this year! From plaid blazers to cozy knits and everything in-between, I am going to round up some great picks. I would also suggest shopping your own closet as much as you can! There are always great ways to re-invent the wardrobe you already own. Maybe you already have an amazing plaid blazer, but you just need to buy a paid of cropped denim or vice versa!

WHITE BLAZER
White blazers are such a hot item right now. Despite the age-old mantra of not wearing white after Labor Day, pairing a white blazer with some dark denim is a great way to accessorize for Fall! I’ve worn this blazer both to work and to go out to dinner, making it super versatile and chic! I also love the gold button detail!
GRAY DENIM
Gray denim was extremely on-trend last year and I think it is here to stay! Whether it is a dark wash gray denim or a lighter wash, you really can’t go wrong! I love the contrast of the darker gray denim against white accents, really making for a sophisticated Fall look!
ANIMAL PRINT
Animal print is such a fun way to accessorize and otherwise simple outfit. It’s adds interest and drama to include a print to a simple look without being too over the top!
FAUX LEATHER
I truly believe that a wardrobe is not complete without at least a few faux leather jackets. These are the perfect accessory to almost any outfit and can transition through the seasons effortlessly. Because these jackets can sometimes be pricey, I would suggest starting with some classic colors like white, black and gray. From there, you can get more creative with prints and bolder colors!
PEASANT TOP
I am loving the peasant top reboot. I remember this trend from high school and I never really got into it then because I found the tops to be large and shapeless. Now, I can totally see the benefit in the peasant top trend. Not only do they typically have an interesting neckline or detailing, but they look absolutely gorgeous when paired with high waisted jeans! You don’t want to miss out on this trend for Fall!
OVERSIZED KNITS
There is nothing that screams Fall more than sweaters and knits. There is just something about that crisp weather that makes you want to curl up on your couch, but if you want to go out, a sweater will be your go-to! There are so many gorgeous sweater trends for the Fall, including oversized knits and embellished sleeve sweaters! Whichever trend you prefer, you won’t regret stocking up!
HIGH WAISTED JEANS
Aside from cozy loungewear, denim is the most worn item in my closet! As time goes by, I am always willing to try out a new trend. I never thought I would be a “mom jean” type person, but I actually think that high waisted jeans are super flattering, especially when couples with a cropped hem!
PLAID BLAZER
OK, so I definitely saved the best for last! I now have multiple plaid blazers and I seriously can’t get enough! These blazers are so flattering, versatile (work and play), add a fun print to an otherwise simple look and be styled so many different ways! I also feel like plaid is the print that most embodies the Fall vibes!
