After a few delays, the concrete footers have finally been poured! We had planned to etch our initials into the concrete, but it cured so quickly that it was already hard by the time we got home š The crew created a channelĀ in the cement footers that will ensure that the foundation walls never “slip” off of the footers. We are hoping to have the foundation walls and pillars poured before the end of the week!
All of the walls are square and straight – the angle of the lens makes them appear like they are not.
