A few exciting things happened this week. First, we finished the foundation yesterday and got started demolishing the existing porch (see it here), next we had all of the dead trees in the backyard removed, and finally, we officially started framing the addition!
We picked out and ordered the pillars that will go on the porch and we are narrowing down our choices for outdoor lighting. We are also replacing the windows in the entire house and they arrive tomorrow, so our garage will officially be full of construction materials very soon!
