I meant to post this outfit from Labor Day weekend a few weeks ago, but I have been on-the-go ever since with Fashion Week, weddings and romantic getaways! Eric and I visited his family in Syracuse for Labor Day weekend. My parents joined us as well, which was nice since we had the whole family together! We had lots of plans for the weekend, including attending the NYS Fair, a Syracuse Football game, the Farmer’s Market and Winery in Cazenovia and a few other fun activities.
The NYS Fair was so much fun and absolutely huge! I have only visited county fairs in the past, but being able to see the state fair was really fun…best part, I had deep fried oreos!! YUM! Next, we tailgated on campus before heading in to see the Syracuse Orange win their first game of the season, which was really exciting! One of my favorite days was when we visited the cute town of Cazenovia. We walked through the farmer’s market, where Eric and I bought a really cool live edge cutting board for our bar. We had appetizers and did a tasting at the Owera Vineyards just outside of town and then visited the Brewery before having the most delicious dinner at the Brewster Inn!
It was so amazing to see the whole family together! Since we were doing a lot of walking, I opted for casual outfits that included low heeled booties. I loved this top when I saw it because it has everything I love…lace, off-the-shoulder and blush tones! I paired it with comfy jeans, these fun cutout booties and everything else in my closet that is blush…haha! Check out the details below!
