I absolutely love playing with textures, especially when neutrals are such a big Fall Trend. To me, camels and tans are the perfect Fall color palette, so today I am sharing this Fuzzy Sweater and Faux Leather skirt! This top is so comfortable and cozy and has a beautiful nubby texture that had a great juxtaposition against this smooth faux leather skirt. I love this skirt for two reasons, first, I love the asymmetrical hemline and second, I love that the lining underneath is actually cut like shorts so that the skirt doesn’t ride up! Both of these pieces are versatile for Fall. This sweater can be paired with jeans or leggings for a more casual feel and this skirt can be paired with a bodysuit and tall boots for a more dressed up look!
Fall always gives me all those cozy feels. For whatever reason, the start of the season always gives me an excited feeling. I think it has to do with the excitement of back-to-school and starting a new school year when I was a kid! I can’t really explain it, but I’ve been channeling that excited energy into decorating for Fall and also reading a new fun book series! I’ve shared my book club reads in the past and I haven’t written this one up yet, but it’s called From Blood and Ash and is a fun new fantasy series! I will do a book review soon!
